How To Share A Connected Wifi To Another Device (Without Password)

Introduction

What if you want to share your connected Wifi with a friend or family member who doesn’t know the password? If your friend doesn’t have a personal network, they will not be able to access the internet. It would be better if you just share your WiFi without password and make life easier for them.

In this article, I’ll show you how to do this in Any Android Or IOS Devices.

Go to Settings

  • Go to Settings.

  • Find and tap "Network & Internet."

  • Find and tap "Hotspot & Tethering" if it's not already selected. (It will be if you have a mobile hotspot.)

  • Tap on "Wi-Fi Hotspot," which may or may not be at the top of your list (depending on how many networks you've created). If this is your first time setting up a hotspot, Android will explain how it works and ask if you want to turn on the feature; tap “Yes” here if it's something that will be useful for you in the future, since Google Maps uses this feature as well when connected to an Android device

Tap "Network & Internet"

Now that you know how to share a connected wifi with another device, let's go over the steps in more detail.

  • Go to settings on your iPhone and find the "network & internet" menu, then tap on it. This will bring up a menu of options related to connecting your iPhone to cellular data and other networks like Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.

  • Find and tap "hotspot & tethering." This will bring up another submenu with additional options for setting up a hotspot (aka Wi-Fi network) using your phone or tablet as an access point for other devices such as laptops or game consoles that are unable to use cellular data service but can connect via wireless connection instead of through traditional landline telecommunication infrastructure such as cables running from telephone poles into homes across streets throughout cities across countries worldwide!

Find and tap "Hotspot & tethering"

To find the option, you'll have to go through a few different menus. First, tap on your device's Settings icon. From there, select "Network & Internet." This will open up a screen where you should see an entry for "Wi-Fi" with an arrow pointing down at it—tap that option to jump into Wi-Fi settings.

In this menu, look for an entry labeled "Hotspot & tethering" (or something similar). Tap on this option and then toggle "Tethering" to ON so that it turns green and reads OFF next to it when inactive or OFF under it when active. That's all!

Tap on "Wi-Fi hotspot"

You will see the "Wi-Fi hotspot" option in the settings menu. If you have turned on the hotspot feature, you will see it near the top of your settings menu. You can also find this setting under "Mobile hotspot & Tethering."

Toggle "Wi-Fi hotspot" on.

If you have a smartphone with tethering capabilities, as well as a separate device you'd like to connect to the internet, then it's pretty simple. Just open the settings menu on your phone, and toggle "Wi-Fi hotspot" on.

Tethering is when you share your phone's internet connection with another device—in this case, the other device could be anything from an old tablet to a desktop computer. Tethering allows these devices to connect to the internet even when they don't have their own wireless network cards or built-in Wi-Fi support. This means that while they're connected via tethering (which uses up battery life), they'll still be able to access websites and other online services normally—but keep in mind that this will stop any data flow coming from your phone's cellular connection!

You can now connect other devices to your phone's wifi without a password.

  • Go to your device's Settings menu, then tap on Wireless & networks.

  • Scroll down and tap on Hot spot.

  • Enable the option that says 'Wi-Fi hotspot' if it is not already enabled, or enable it if it is disabled (you may need to scroll down a little bit). This will allow you to share your mobile data connection with other devices via WiFi.
