First of all It's a game sound not song and its name is GTA wasted sound. Ya it's very funny but if you see your GTA 5 file directory you can see a this sound all you had to do is : 

#1 Open iv tool 

#2 Go to GTA 5 file directory 

#3 Now go to sounds folder

#4 There is a sound named 'Death' or 'Wasted'. 

#5 Play it enjoy it
